WiFi Protector is an application that secures your wireless network connection using a VPN(Virtual Private Network), establishing a direct and encrypted connectionbetween your computer and the Internet.

WiFi Protector has a section that detects the state of protection of connections that you've already had access to, as well as a list of devices connected to the network, granting permission only to trusted devices.

WiFi Protector also has the added bonus of letting you bypass the regional restrictions of certain video streaming sites like Hulu orNetflix.

Using Wifi Protector involves installing the program and if necessary, theSilverlight plug-in that makes it work. Once these have been installed, all you have to do is press the green button to activate the VPN service and protect your computer.

In our testing, we saw good performance and speed, although we did experience the occasional disconnection.
